Use Gift Aid to make your donations go further at no cost to yourself. Complete the declaration form below and for every £1 you give to Breakthrough T1D, we can claim an extra 25p in tax to help cure, treat and prevent type 1.
Higher Rate Tax Payers If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
