Join Team Breakthrough T1D for the TCS Sydney Marathon 2026! We have a small number of charity places available in this incredible World Marathon Major event.
The route takes in some of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. It is a fast course, so great for getting a PB or just taking in the amazing sites and atmosphere that the city has to offer.
We’ve now filled all of our charity places in the TCS Sydney Marathon 2026.

The general ballot for getting your own place in the TCS Sydney Marathon has now closed.
If you were successful in getting a place and would like to support Breakthrough T1D, please complete our Own Place registration form.
Whether you have a charity place or a ballot place, join Team Breakthrough T1D and you will receive the following:
*Running tops will be sent out two to three months before the event to all runners who have raised £100 or more for Breakthrough T1D.
