Use whatever works best for you – a phone app, smartwatch, fitness tracker, or pedometer. We’ll send you a step tracker to jot your daily total on.
Walking, running, hiking, dancing in your kitchen — any movement that gets your steps up counts.
400,000 steps is your personal goal over the 40-day challenge. But it’s just a guide, take it at your own pace, in your own time.
Miss a day? That’s fine. You can keep going after 14 November. Every step still makes a difference.
Absolutely. 10,000 steps is roughly equal to five miles – aim for that each day if it works for you, or adjust to a distance that’s right for your routine.
Yes. Even a few hundred steps here and there add up. Walk to the shop, pace while on a call, or take the long way round – you can fit this into your day however it works for you.
Definitely. Take a stroll before you start work, move around during calls, or fit in steps on your breaks. Small bursts of movement can make a big difference.
