Two days per week, from February/March 2025 to June 2025.
Breakthrough T1D normal working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, we operate a flexible working hours policy and will agree these with you in advance.
The Events and Supporter-Led Fundraising team are based at the Breakthrough T1D office in Central London. There is the possibility of hybrid/home working.
When you sign up to become a volunteer, we’ll send you a copy of our Volunteer Handbook and any relevant policies you’ll need to know about.
You’ll receive training in any role-specific systems, and ongoing support from the Active Events Manager and the wider Events and Supporter-Led Fundraising team.
We’ll also reimburse all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with Breakthrough T1D volunteering policies.

Those shortlisted for the role will be invited for an informal interview, which will give us the opportunity to ask you a couple of questions and give you the opportunity to ask us questions too. We want to make sure that this is the right role for you and that you’ll be happy providing this support.
