The film premiered in London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus, delivering a ten-minute cinematic takeover of Europe’s largest digital canvas, bringing Breakthrough T1D’s mission to one of the world’s most high-profile advertising destinations. The charity’s logo appears alongside the film in recognition of its vital work accelerating research, improving lives and advocating for everyone living with type 1 diabetes. Breakthrough T1D is close to the heart of Kate Moss, whose daughter, Lila Moss, has been an advocate for the type 1 diabetes community.
EE72 is a media and entertainment company co-founded by Edward Enninful OBE and Akua Enninful, designed for the future of storytelling. By bridging the gap between high-fashion editorial and immersive digital experiences, the company is redefining how luxury content is consumed. The film premiere serves as an extension of the current Spring 2026 issue of the company’s quarterly magazine 72, where Moss stars in a cover story shot by Knight, translating Knight’s vision into a large-scale public experience.
Coinciding with this screening, EE72 has launched a limited-edition A2 poster of the Spring 2026 cover of 72, available to purchase at ee72.com from Friday 15 May 2026. Photographed by Nick Knight and featuring Kate Moss, this collector’s piece includes Kate’s printed handwritten signature. The poster will be available for two weeks. Profits from sales of the poster will benefit Breakthrough T1D.
Orna Joseph, Deputy Director of Brand at Breakthrough T1D, said: “To have our mission featured on Piccadilly Lights as part of this beautiful creative work is truly extraordinary. For the millions of people affected by type 1 diabetes, moments like this help shine a spotlight on a condition that is often misunderstood. We’re deeply grateful to Kate Moss, Nick Knight and EE72 for using such a globally visible platform to help raise awareness of type 1 diabetes and to support the research that brings us closer to cures.”
Akua Enninful, Co-Founder & CEO, EE72 said: “At its core, EE72 is driven by a very simple desire to create moments that actually make people feel something. We talk about the ‘heartbeat’ of the company, and to me, that is the energy you feel when culture becomes a shared experience rather than something kept behind closed doors. Seeing Nick and Kate’s collaboration take over such an iconic public space is exactly why we started EE72; it’s about bringing the extraordinary to the everyday.”
