This August, take on 1,922 sit ups across the month. That’s 62 a day.
It’s free to join, easy to split into smaller sets, and simple to fit around your day.
Why 1,922? Because in 1922, insulin was first used to treat type 1 diabetes (T1D), changing what was possible for people living with T1D. Your sit ups mark that breakthrough. Your fundraising helps power the breakthroughs still to come.
Research did not stop in 1922, and we will not stop until there is a cure.
