Following the exciting news that the TCS Sydney Marathon is the latest event to join the prestigious World Marathon Majors, we are thrilled to announce we have secured a small number of charity places, and we want you to join Team Breakthrough T1D.
The route takes in some of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. It is a fast course, so great for getting a PB or just taking in the amazing sites and atmosphere that the city has to offer.
Registration fee: £100
Sponsorship target: £2,500
Please complete our Sydney Marathon application form for one of our charity places. Once we have received this, we will endeavour to come back to you with the outcome within two weeks.
The race organisers hold a general entry ballot for those wishing to take part. Find out more at the official TCS Sydney Marathon website.
If you are successful in getting a place in the general ballot and would like to support Breakthrough T1D, please complete the Sydney Marathon application form and select the “I have a ballot place” option on question 1.
Whether you have a charity place or a ballot place, join Team Breakthrough T1D and you will receive the following:
*Running tops will be sent out two to three months before the event to all runners who have raised £100 or more for Breakthrough T1D.
