Living with type 1 diabetes can be tricky and challenging. Being female and dealing with major hormonal changes can make living with type 1 harder to manage.

Our ‘Virtual Type 1 Diabetes Discovery Event: Females and Type 1 Diabetes’ will highlight the hormonal variances of how being a female can affect our blood sugar control and that this variation is normal. This event is for all females with type 1 diabetes.

During the session, you will:

  • Learn about what to look out for during hormonally challenging times
  • Get strategies to better help you feel more confident with your diabetes management
  • And see where diabetes technologies can make things easier
